The Barbour County Community Foundation is most proud of the scholarships offered through the Foundation. The Foundation currently administers a number of scholarship funds. Students may apply for scholarships each spring.
Scholarship application forms are available here and at the Counselors office at Philip Barbour High School in February 2019. Application deadline is April 15, 2019.
